Processing
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days unless a product page states otherwise. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Timing
Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, address issues, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent after the order ships. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
