Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
- Standard shipping: $8
- Free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $70 or more
- Express shipping: $15
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days unless a product page states otherwise. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. When tracking is available, we’ll email it after the order ships. Carrier scans may take time to appear.
Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because the address was incorrect or undeliverable.
Returns within 30 days
Unless an item is marked final sale or otherwise excluded, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened where applicable, in the same condition received, and include original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
For standard discretionary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Email us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos if available. If the issue is our error, we’ll cover approved return shipping or provide another reasonable resolution.
Non-returnable items
Some products may be non-returnable for safety, hygiene, customization, perishability, or other product-specific reasons. Final-sale items, gift cards, and items identified as non-returnable cannot be returned except where required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for a refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
